How Semiconductor Manufacturing Ecosystem fits into Dholera.
Dholera is the location of Tata Electronics’ upcoming 300 mm semiconductor fabrication facility. The project is being developed with PSMC technology support, with later partnerships including ASML for lithography tools, ramp-up support, skills, and supply-chain resilience.
In April 2026, the Government of India notified a 66.166-hectare SEZ for Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing at Dholera. Official releases describe an investment of about ₹91,000 crore and planned capacity of 50,000 wafers per month, positioning the fab as a major anchor for Dholera’s advanced-manufacturing ecosystem.
