How Sewage Treatment & Reuse fits into Dholera.
The Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) receives wastewater through the planned underground collection network and treats it for safe downstream handling and reuse. It is a key part of separating potable demand from uses that can be served by recycled water.
DPIIT project material describes tertiary-level treatment and reuse for industrial and non-potable requirements. The Activation Area programme identifies a 10 MLD STP within this wider circular water-management system.
